Chuck Johnson

Chuck Johnson is a retired marketing and research & development executive with a lifelong love of tennis. Growing up in Sarasota, Florida, playing tennis was just part of growing up. Other priorities put tennis on hold during college and early working years, but he returned to the sport when his daughter started playing and quickly passed him in skill if not enthusiasm for the game. Shifting focus to partners closer in age and skill level, Chuck is a frequent USTA league and tournament player.

Chuck ran junior tennis programs when serving on the Topeka, KS Tennis Association Board and now serves as the Co-Chair for Junior Tennis Programs with the Asheville Tennis Association (ATA). Chuck and the ATA are looking forward to launching ACEing Autism in Western North Carolina in Spring, 2019 and sharing a love for tennis with area kids with ASD.
