Maureen Migliorini

Program Director – North Haven, CT

Maureen Fay Migliorini is not a tennis player herself, but is married to an avid tennis player and coach (Bob Migliorini). Maureen received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business from the College of New Rochelle and her MBA from University of Connecticut. Maureen spent 25 years working in the employer benefits industry. Most recently, she served as a client lead and national subject matter expert in her role as a senior vice president for Aon, a global consulting firm.

With the birth of her son Aidan in 2015, Maureen stepped away from her role in consulting to focus full-time on parenting. With the arrival of her son Declan in 2017, her life became officially “full” in managing two adorable and very active boys.

The decision to invest their time in rolling out this tennis program to children with autism is very personal for Maureen and Bob. When their son Aidan was diagnosed with autism, they wanted to find a way to connect him with the sport that his dad loves so much and also to help him build his social and play skills. They are also looking forward to the opportunity to network with other families of children with autism in Connecticut.

Maureen is leading the North Haven, CT program in conjunction with her husband Bob and his daughter Alyssa.  Maureen will be using her consulting background skills to help manage program administration and marketing logistics. She will also be using her insights as a mother of a child with autism to help ensure that the program is meeting the needs of both participants and their parents.
