Development Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a task-oriented and results-driven collaborator to support the Director of Philanthropy at this fast-growing organization, as well as development initiatives and activities that benefit children, families, and volunteers. This position specifically involves engaging with current and future donors, funders, and volunteer fundraisers for ACEing Autism. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in donor management, gift processing, database management, email marketing, and grant management. Design skills are a plus. This position reports to the Director of Philanthropy.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative

  • Gift processing and donor acknowledgement
  • Maintain and manage donor database, create reports, and analyze information
  • Support design, execution, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns 
  • Support the fundraising efforts of volunteers
  • Managing funder prospect research data
  • Assist in coordinating details for fundraising events
  • Collateral and asset management to support fundraising initiatives
  • Grant management: managing grant reports, prospect data, deadlines, compliance, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in development operations, including grant-writing/reporting and individual fundraising
  • Proficiency in donor management software and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, donor stewardship communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with design software (preferred but not required)
