ACEing Autism is on a mission for children with autism to grow, develop and benefit from social connections and fitness through affordable tennis programming, uniquely serving individual needs while filling a national void for this growing and worthy population. The organization aims to be the preeminent thought leader on how tennis and sport develops children with autism spectrum disorder by reaching 50% of the 1M+ families in the community and increasing awareness of ACEing Autism, while impacting those reached with ACEing’s unique programming.

Position Overview:

The Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support to the Programs Manager, Director of Program Operations, Regional Program Directors, and Program Directors.  This role has administrative oversight of the registration processes, system, data and data analysis for program participants and volunteers.

 

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Support with programming logistics including scheduling, curriculum, facilities, technology, registration, enrollment, etc., for all ACEing Autism programs
  • Support comprehensive trainings/re-trainings to Program Directors in ACEing Autism processes and systems prior to new launches
  • Support with communications to staff, Program Directors, volunteers, and parents
  • Support in the upkeep of programs data in Monday.com and POMS
  • Support with Program Director and volunteer management/engagement initiatives
  • Order supplies and equipment for programs, and maintain fulfillment center inventory levels
  • Administer and track background checks
  • Coordinate parent surveys and related activities
  • Attend community and company events as a representative of ACEing Autism
  • Provide support, communications, and/or organizational preparation and management for staff conferences and other special events
