The year 2022 has been a very busy and exciting year for ACEing Autism. In July 2021, ACEing Autism had 89 programs, but by July 2022, our number of locations had increased to 109, and we currently are reaching 119 communities. We are also thrilled to see our number of participants increase from over 750 in July 2021, to over 2,230 today. 

These milestones couldn’t have been reached without the help of our volunteers, Program Directors, supporters, and families. We can’t thank everyone enough for their part in achieving these numbers. 

We also want to note the progress we have made in reaching schools as ACEing Autism has now been implemented in 30 schools. Again, many of you have had a hand in helping us make progress in that area by connecting us with your contacts, so thank you!

This past year also marked the return of our annual US Open, and everyone from our families, volunteers, Program Directors, and staff members were excited to meet in person again after a 2-year hiatus. Other notable events ACEing Autism was able to attend to further its mission are the Cincinnati Open, San Diego Open, PTR International Tennis Symposium, the LA84 Foundation Play Equity Summit, CAHPERD (California Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance), and NAPEC (National Adapted Physical Education Conference).

We can’t wait to continue reaching new milestones in 2023 as we continue our efforts to reach new schools and communities. Enjoy a video looking back at our year!
