Program Director
Amina Rachidi
Amina Rachidi is a dedicated high school student at Ridge High School, where she is also a member of the school tennis team. Her passion for tennis extends beyond competition—Amina is committed to making the sport more inclusive and accessible in her community.
In addition to her leadership with ACEing Autism, Amina has been actively involved as a Unified Sports Partner, supporting students with special needs in building confidence and joy through athletics. Through these experiences, she has combined her love for the game with her dedication to fostering connection, inclusion, and opportunity for all athletes.
As Program Director for the Basking Ridge chapter of ACEing Autism, Amina brings her energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to create a welcoming environment where every participant can thrive both on and off the court.

Program Director
Deanna Maestas
Motivated by her daughter’s experience and the program’s impact, Deanna partnered with Amina to help bring ACEing Autism to their local community. As Program Director of the Basking Ridge chapter, she combines her professional leadership experience with a personal commitment to inclusion and growth for young athletes.
Deanna lives in Basking Ridge, NJ with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Blue. She is excited to continue building a welcoming and supportive program where tennis serves as a bridge for connection and opportunity.
