Amanda Shu

Amanda joined the ACEing Autism team in 2025. Being involved with ACEing Autism has been especially meaningful to her because she gets to see participants build confidence, develop new skills, and have fun along the way. She is excited to continue to improve the Sherman Oaks program and share the love of tennis! She is a current junior at Harvard-Westlake School and has lived in Santa Monica, California her whole life. She is passionate about music and plays the viola in the Harvard-Westlake Symphony Orchestra. Amanda is also deeply interested in psychology and environmental science, and she enjoys exploring how these fields can create positive change in communities.

Program Director

Charlotte Fowkes

Charlotte is excited to have started the ACEing Autism Sherman Oaks chapter, where she serves as Program Director. She is a student at Harvard-Westlake School, where she plays on the varsity tennis team. A lifelong tennis player, she has been able to see the community and connection the sport can bring and hopes to see that reflected in her program. She has worked with children with disabilities since sixth grade and values the importance of creating opportunities for every child to play and enjoy sports. At her program, she loves getting to work with children and see the joy tennis can bring.

Program Director

Hayley Ross-Settineri

Hayley Ross-Settineri is a junior at Harvard Westlake High school, joining the ACEing Autism team in 2025. She has worked with kids with autism for 3 years and enjoys getting to know every kid she meets. Combining community with tennis has brought her so much joy since creating the Sherman Oaks program and she can’t wait to see how much more it grows. She has lived in both LA and New York City, and enjoys tennis, pickleball, reading, styling clothes, singing, and playing piano. She is interested in foreign service, law, public policy, and political science, hoping to make big changes in the world.
