Program Directors
Hannah Chou
Hannah joined ACEing Autism Chicago in 2024 as Program Director after years of working with children with autism and other developmental disorders. Her journey started back in college, where she created music curriculum for children with disabilities, which later inspired her to become a behavior technician helping children with autism build communication and social skills. When she is not on the court, Hannah is a classically trained violinist and a medical student at Rush University. She is passionate about exploring how medicine and advocacy can work together to improve pediatric health, especially for children with neurodevelopmental conditions. Outside of ACEing Autism, Hannah enjoys performing violin, exploring Chicago’s neighborhoods, and keeping up with the latest top-10 TV shows.

Rachel Josen
Rachel joined ACEing Autism in 2024 as Program Director. She played tennis throughout high school and went on to study psychology in college. Following graduation, she worked as a registered behavior technician, supporting children with autism. She is currently a medical student at Rush University, where she continues to pursue her passion for combining healthcare and community service. She is originally from Arizona, and has been enjoying exploring Chicago and looks forward to another successful, fun season with ACEing Autism.
