Barb Whitman
Barb Whitman is the Principal/Lead Facilitator of EFFECTIV-ity ~ a specialized Training and Consulting company that focuses on Leadership and Employee Empowerment. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education/EHI and loves working with children. On the tennis court, Barb loves to focus on helping autistic children learn how to play tennis. She has a passion for teaching and loves seeing kids laugh and smile as they gain a new level of confidence with their improved eye/hand coordination and relationship-building skills. She understands the need to tailor the skill building session(s) to a child’s individual needs and seeks to create a fun environment where kids can focus and learn at the same time! She’s been a Guardian ad Litem for the past four (4) years and is an active Volunteer within the local Community.
