Program Directors
Hall Chapman
My name is Hall Chapman, and I am a senior at Durham Academy and have been volunteering for ACEing Autism since I was in 7th grade. I have been on the golf team since 7th grade and although I am not on the tennis team, I play for fun and have been working with children that have intellectual or developmental disabilities through several organizations. I am excited to be one of the Program Directors for this upcoming year and can’t wait to get back in the swing of things with the wonderful kids in the Durham area.

Program Directors
Danna Chaparro
My name is Danna Chaparro, and I am a senior at Durham Academy. I have played tennis competitively my whole life, competing on the varsity team since 8th grade, and I have also been a member of ACEing Autism since then. In addition to my love for tennis, I have worked with children with intellectual and developmental disabilities outside of ACEing Autism, which makes this role even more meaningful to me. It brings me so much joy to share the sport I love, and I am excited to be one of the Program Directors this year, and can’t wait to see the kids out on the courts having fun.

Program Directors
Juliet Miller
Hello! My name is Juliet Miller, and this will be my third-year volunteering with ACEing Autism. I am currently a junior at Durham Academy and can’t wait to be one of the Program Directors for the next two years! I have been playing tennis since lower school and love to play volleyball. For the past three summers, I have worked as a camp counselor and in my free time I help create more public sensory spaces for kids who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. I have loved my time with ACEing Autism thus far and I can’t wait to see some new and familiar faces!
