ACEing Autism strives to keep costs affordable for families and can provide an ACEing Autism scholarship to families in financial need. We also offer information on the Dick’s Sporting Goods Grant for those that qualify.

Alison Linger

Hi! My name is Alison Linger and I’ve been a volunteer with ACEing Autism for 3 years. I’m a senior at Durham Academy, and will be taking over the Durham ACEing Autism program this year! I play varsity tennis at my school and spend a lot of time volunteering with kids who have intellectual or developmental disabilities through programs in and outside of my school. I have absolutely loved my years working with the kids through the Durham ACEing Autism program, and I am so excited to be taking a leadership role this year!

Jet Bilsborrow

Greetings! I am Jet Bilsborrow and I have been volunteering at ACEing Autism for 6 years. Currently I am a junior at Durham Academy and will be a director of ACEing Autism for the next 2 years! I am the captain of the varsity tennis team and have been a member since my 8th grade year. I have spent a lot of time working with kids that have intellectual or developmental disabilities in school and with programs outside of school, mainly focusing on mobility skills. Working with ACEing Autism has been a fantastic experience and I love seeing the smiles on the kids’ faces! I can’t wait to be taking on a leadership role this year!
