Program Directors
Simone Shah
Simone Shah founded the ACEing Autism Fairfax, VA chapter in 2021 and has served as Program Director since its launch. A lifelong tennis player and passionate advocate for inclusion, Simone has led the program for over four years, organizing seasonal clinics that combine movement, communication, and confidence-building for children with autism. Simone collaborates with local organizations to expand access to inclusive sports. Beyond ACEing Autism, she is a dedicated student interested in psychology and neuroscience and hopes to continue creating spaces where empathy and connection drive growth both on and off the court.
