My name is Zdenka Olenik and I am a program director for the new location in Wallingford. I work and live in Wallingford and I wanted this program to be here in our community, for our community. Our participants are mostly local, our volunteers are from this community and I am fortunate to run it with a huge help from my family (my husband Dennis and daughter Emma). I work in a local preschool as a teacher and have been actively working with children on the spectrum throughout my career. Providing them with an opportunity to be active, learn new skills, meet new friends and feel like a part of our community is extremely important to all of us involved in this program.
